SPOT/MOP UP ROUND ADMISSION FOR MBBS

Mop up round is the physical round of the counselling process which generally happens after the two round of online counselling is over by state, central, private and deemed medical colleges across India. You can call it by any name vacancy round, mop up round, spot round or physical round its one and the same thing

This is an exclusive service and starts it only after online counselling round are over. Here only those students can participate who have not taken admission in the earlier round of counselling process. If someone is already admitted in any of the colleges across India than he/she cannot avail the service. Because the rules of mop-up round admission clearly states that mop up round is only for those students who have not been admitted earlier by any of the medical colleges and are in possession of their original documents on the day of counselling.

This service is completely different from the Customised Information Services for Medical. This round is basically physical round and nothing can be said about the round by sitting at offices. Here we send our executive to each colleges/ DMER offices before hand to collect the data of vacant seats/ Rules and regulations and when is the counselling to be conducted. There after a strategy is provided to you so that you get the best benefit out of it.

 

Important:

1) Even if you have enrolled for Customised Information Services for Medical and want to go in for Vacancy round services you need to enrol with us again after online counselling. Merely enrolling for Customised information services for Medical does not include vacancy round services

2) If you are not our enrolled customer but are enrolling late for the services than you need to take both the services Customised information services for Medical plus vacancy round services together.

The overall information service will be provided to you via E-mail & Phone Call. You will be allocated a dedicated executive along with his/her personal contact number who will be assisting you throughout the admission process from beginning till the end via Phone call. (You can contact the executive anytime between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. But in case of important notification such as “Spot round information” or any “last minute reminder” the executive can contact you anytime to deliver the information). Also, to meet the assigned executive in person one needs to take prior appointment. 

* Registration Charges are not refundable and needs to be paid during the registration process.

* Service will only start after receiving the post dated cheque (PDC).
